Jesus was baptized. Since then, millions of his followers have followed his example. Baptism is a way for you to do the same and participate in a common experience with Jesus followers around the world.

  • I was baptized before, should I be baptized again?

  • How do I know if my child is ready to be baptized?

For a child to be baptized, they should be old enough to share their story and talk about how Jesus has changed their life. As a parent, you know your child best, so you may choose to wait until they’re mature enough to fully understand and make that decision for themselves. We do not baptize children without a parent’s consent.

  • Does baptism forgive my sins?

No—it’s trusting Jesus that forgives your sins. Baptism is your public declaration that you’ve made the decision to trust Him. Baptism is an outward act that symbolizes an inward commitment.
